Unwinding Together: A Virtual Retreat for Adults Living with Pain

Gentle Support for Complex Journeys

Living with chronic pain or complex health conditions—like  scoliosis, EDS, hypermobility, chronic pain—can be deeply challenging. These experiences don’t just affect the body. They shape our nervous system, our emotions, our thoughts, and how we relate to ourselves.

You deserve a place to breathe, to reconnect, and to be supported.

This special edition of our Resiliency Retreat Series offers just that—a trauma-informed, nurturing space designed specifically for adults navigating persistent pain and health complexity.

Why We Call It “Unwinding”

Chronic pain often brings more than physical discomfort. It can create layers of tension:

  • In the body

  • In the nervous system

  • In our thoughts

  • In our relationship with ourselves

Unwinding is the gentle process of letting go—of softening, realigning, and reconnecting with your inner resources.

This retreat isn’t about fixing or forcing. It’s about honoring where you are and giving your system what it needs to feel more supported, more grounded, and a little more at ease.
